Vêpíê-sêneno Bî (/ˈvɘp˔ɘ/ /sɘˈneno/ [external] [liar]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Nëpimtrêsë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Vêpíê-sêneno Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vêpíê-sêneno Bî was founded by Trtconkdo Èbêm Tshênho, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Vêpíê-sêneno Bî receives an average of 295 cm/y (116 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1192, by Trtconkdo Èbêm Tshênho. The establishment of Vêpíê-sêneno Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Trtconkdo Èbêm Tshênho electing to pay people to resettle in Vêpíê-sêneno Bî.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vêpíê-sêneno Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow flagstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Unfortuantly, these cost-cutting-focused defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vêpíê-sêneno Bî’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Civic Infrastructure

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Vêpíê-sêneno Bî. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Vêpíê-sêneno Bî's parks.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Vêpíê-sêneno Bî.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Vêpíê-sêneno Bî's natural decorations nor waterways.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

In Vêpíê-sêneno Bî snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.

The Howler near Vêpíê-sêneno Bî are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Vêpíê-sêneno Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves sex to channel Abjuration energies of tier 1 via oratory performances.
